"America's Volume Dealer" is Corrosion of Conformity's sixth studio album. On this album, the band's Southern influence is more evident than ever before - Warren Haynes (Allman Brothers, Gov't Mule) contributes his slide guitar to the Skynyrd-like, acoustic-heavy ballad "Stare Too Long". What is most striking, however, is that this is COC's most radio-friendly album to date - the production is more sophisticated, but the record still has the typical COC sound.
