Japanese childrens animation in which a genius in-the-making inventor named Ray Steam (Anna Paquin) is given an obscure metal sphere containing a new form of energy, which is capable of producing enough power for an entire nation. This energy must be used to defeat evil and save Victorian London from potential annihilation.
